Shipping
We ship internationally to all GCC countries.
If you do not find your country in the list above, please write to us at: contact@noiraffair.com and we will assist you.
For shipping outside the GCC : Our prices do not include duties and taxes which are determined by customs agency and need to be paid when receiving the product. We do not control the duties and taxes charge you can contact your local custom agency to know more about the fees. If a package is refused by the receiver, we will refund the value of the swimsuit when we get it back but will not refund the value of the initial shipping fee. An order can take up to five business days before being processed at our warehouse. Once the order is processed, the time it takes to reach its destination varies depending on the country.
Price Policy
The prices are set in USD currency, they include VAT (where applicable) , but don’t include shipping costs.
Request to cancel or amend your order
Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order.
Returns
We accept exchanges, only if the product is in its original condition, it must not have been worn or washed. You have 10 days after the reception of the product to exchange it. The shipping cost paid to return the swimwear to Noir Affair for an exchange or is neither covered nor reimbursed by us. For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for trading, within 30 days of accepting the return.
If you want to change the product with another one on a different size, you have to contact us at contact@noiraffair.com, and tell us the new details of your order.
